4. Fandom Specific Prompts

4.1 Six of Crows - Leigh Bardugo

Characters: Kaz Brekker, Jesper Fahey, Wylan van Eck

I love Kaz Brekker, probably more than I should. I think I relate to his character - someone made hard by the world around him, someone forced to realize that he and the people he loves are not immortal, someone who has to be smarter/meaner than everyone else because he won’t be a victim once again. 

I like him with Inej, but my personal headcanon is that he thinks she’s too good for him - she’s naturally a good person, someone who doesn’t have to work to make choices that benefit people other than herself. Kaz, I think, is more self-serving, and he knows it. Of the group, Kaz is the most self-aware. He’s also the most dangerous.

Jesper is a flawed man, but a good man. Wylan’s probably the best of the three (in terms of being a moral person). 

Here are just a few specific prompts, but if you’ve got a story you want to tell with these three, please, go on and tell it! I would love to see the three of them together romantically/sexually, but just having the dynamics between the three of them one way or another would be awesome too.

• Modern AU with Assassins/Hitmen Kaz and Jesper, and Wylan the (relatively) innocent party. Maybe the mark that they end up not killing?

• Pirates Kaz, Jesper, and Wylan. I just love pirates.

• Wylan runs to the Wild West as a way to escape his father and falls in with Jesper Fahey and the Brekker gang.

• A BDSM scene exploring how Kaz can be a Dom without touching anyone or anyone touching him. 

4.2 The Boys

Characters: Billy Butcher and Hughie Campbell

I’m honestly only about halfway through the first season, but I’m not at all worried about spoilers because I believe in spoiling myself and I know everything that happens. 

I really love Billy Butcher (probably because of my massive humongous thing for Karl Urban and everything he’s done so bonus if you can work in a Doom crossover, honestly). I’m also a fan of Hughie in the show (not necessarily the comic, but I’m not as far in that as I am the show, so). 

For this particular pairing, I would love something Mature or NSFW. Not necessarily containing smut/sex (though I absolutely would not complain at all), but I just love the way that this particular show can lend itself to darkness and unhealthy relationships and codependency and violence.

I prefer Butcher topping, personally, but I’m honestly not picky about tops/bottoms/doms/subs in pretty much any of my pairings. Here are just some prompts that I would like to see, and hopefully they inspire you (or come up with something unique!):

• Blackmail AU of some kind (maybe it’s a total Alternate Universe, maybe it’s just Canon Divergence?)

• Butcher bailing Hughie out of some kind of trouble or rescuing him

• BDSM AU 

• A/B/O AU

• Butcher and Hughie as werewolves

• Post-apocalypse of some kind (I like the isolation that this kind of AU can bring)

• A touch-starved Hughie

• Fake relationship between them because they’re undercover

4.3 The Eagle of the Ninth

Characters: Marcus Flavius Aquila and Esca Mac Cunoval

I don’t have a ton of specific prompts for this one because I love it so much that I will pretty much inhale anything about it. I really like post-canon for The Eagle, after Esca is free but staying with Marcus, or as an Alternate Universe or Canon Divergence. I would love to see something fluffy and humorous, or atmospheric and sensual. Smutty, kinky… whatever goes here. I’ve tried to come up with some general prompts just to get your creative wheels going:

• Role Reversal AU

• Modern AU (I think I would die of joy if you could work in a barista/college kind of AU)

• A/B/O in the canon timeline

• Genderswap/Rule 63 - this one is odd for me because of my own complicated relationship with gender, which is why it’s the only one I request? 

• A whole fic where Marcus is just… all over Esca’s tattoos. So basically tattoo-kink, honestly.

• Fantasy AU with something like Warrior Marcus and Mage Esca
